Our Founder

 Jainny Andrews was born in the Puerto Barrios region of Guatemala. At age 5, she and her family migrated to the United States. She is a native of Massachusetts, having spent her formative years in the neighborhood of Roxbury. She had a rough life marked by abuse, a teen pregnancy, and living on the streets.
Jainny is aware of the negative effects on mental health that can result from exposure to childhood trauma, unplanned pregnancies, homelessness, single motherhood, domestic violence, poverty, and caring for a child with serious mental health challenges.

“It is not uncommon for a person's life to unravel after experiencing trauma or major life challenges. My greatest passion is bringing healing to those who have endured traumatic/stressful circumstances. I assist my clients, who include children, adults, and families, to develop healthy self-perceptions and strengthen their relationships so that they perceive themselves as joyful, whole, and safe” ( Jainny, 2023).
